AESTURA Atobarrier 365 Cream Plus 90ml is a high-moisture barrier cream designed for dry, fragile and moisture-depleted skin. Its richer texture focuses on reinforcing the skin's lipid environment and reducing moisture loss, making it especially useful when lighter moisturizers do not provide enough comfort.

The formula features AESTURA's barrier-focused lipid system with hydroxypropyl bispalmitamide MEA, hydroxypropyl bislauramide MEA, cholesterol, phytosphingosine and squalane. Allantoin adds soothing support, while the emollient-rich base helps form a protective moisturizing layer over dry skin.
