Kbeauty Skincare Routine for Rosacea- Oily Skin

Skin concern: Rosacea-prone skin (redness, flushing, sensitivity) with oily or combination-oily tendencies.

Goal: Calm visible redness, reduce “heat” and reactivity, strengthen the skin barrier, and control shine without stripping.

What results to expect (realistic):

• 1-2 weeks: Less stinging/tightness, calmer feel after cleansing, fewer “random” irritation moments.
• 4-8 weeks: More stable barrier, reduced frequency/intensity of flare-ups, smoother texture, less persistent redness for many people.
• Reality check: Broken capillaries and long-standing redness may not fully disappear with skincare alone. This routine supports rosacea, it doesn’t “cure” it.

How this routine is built: ultra-gentle cleanse + cica-based soothing layers + lightweight barrier cream + reliable daily mineral sunscreen (non-negotiable for rosacea).

AM Routine

How to Use- (Steps 1 to 5)

1. Cleanser: Wash with [isntree] Green Tea Fresh Cleanser for 20-30 seconds. Rinse with lukewarm water.
   
   
2. Toner: Pat 1-2 layers of [Klairs] Supple Preparation Unscented Toner 180ml using hands (avoid aggressive cotton wiping).
   
   
3. Serum: Apply 1 pump of [Beplain] Cicaful Ampoule 30ml. Press gently, don’t rub
   
   
4. Moisturizer: Use a thin layer of  [Dr.G] Red Blemish Clear Soothing Cream EX 70ml
   
   
5. Sunscreen: Apply [Dr.G] Green Mild Up Sun generously (2-finger rule for face and neck). Reapply if outdoors.

How to Use- (Steps 1 to 4)

1. Cleanser: Wash with [isntree] Green Tea Fresh Cleanser (same lukewarm water rule).
   
   
2. Toner: Pat [Klairs] Supple Preparation Unscented Toner 180ml (1-2 layers depending on comfort).
   
   
3. Serum: Apply [Beplain] Cicaful Ampoule 30ml.
   
   
4. Moisturizer: Seal with [Dr.G] Red Blemish Clear Soothing Cream EX 70ml If you’re flaring, use a slightly thicker layer.
