By increasing 10,000ppm more in Safflower Seed Oil & Evening Primrose Oil, experience more hydrated, plumper, and smoother skin. Safflower seed oil contains high levels of antioxidant vitamin E, which helps maintain skin elasticity, and reduces inflammation.
